SheriffSaleData is free during early access. A free account opens every feature: the full record, every postponement, saved searches, email alerts, CSV export and unlimited results. When paid plans start, the first 30 accounts pay $19 a month for their first 3 months.
Every feature, on every record, while we build out coverage.
$0during early access
We are still adding counties and states. Until paid plans start, a free account opens all of it, and no card is asked for.
For the first 30 accounts, when paid plans start.
$19/ month for 3 months
Then $49 a month. Nothing is charged today: when billing launches we will email you first, and you are only billed if you choose to continue.
Nothing changes without your say-so. We are not taking payments yet, so there is no card on file and nothing to cancel. Before billing starts, every account gets an email setting out the plans, what stays free, and the date it takes effect.
If yours is one of the first 30 accounts, that email carries the founding-member rate: $19 a month for 3 months, then $49. Take it or leave it — either way the account and your saved searches stay.
Coverage requests shape what we add next. If a county you work is missing, tell us.
Yes. During early access a free account opens everything: the full record on every sale — opening bid, judgment, plaintiff, defendant, attorney and case — every postponement, saved searches, email alerts, CSV export and unlimited search results, across all 2,931 sales we hold.
Because coverage is still growing. We read the sheriffs' sale lists in 16 counties and are adding counties and states as we bring in lists we can read reliably. We would rather people use the data and tell us what is missing than pay for a product that is still filling in.
When paid plans start, the first 30 accounts pay $19 a month for their first 3 months, then $49 a month. Places go in sign-up order, so creating an account is what claims one.
No. We do not take a card during early access. Before billing starts we will email every account, and you are only billed if you choose to continue. If you do not, your account stays open with the free tier.
Address, city and sale date stay public on every page without an account, and every sale is counted in the totals — nothing is hidden from the counts. We will publish exactly what the free account keeps before paid plans start.
Because a count is only worth something if it is true. A county page saying “98 upcoming sheriff sales” counts all 98, a search reports every sale it matches, and a plan opens every one of them.
So signed out you see how many sales each county and each search holds, and the soonest five on every list in full: address, town and sale date. During early access a free account adds everything else: every sale, the opening bid, the judgment, the plaintiff and defendant, every postponement, and the tools that save time — alerts on a saved search, CSV export and unlimited results.
How the data is made sets out where it comes from and what it misses, including the stays posted after our nightly read.
